I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, plus we got a lovely free upgrade, which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with very friendly staff who were always there to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring Rotterdam, especially with free parking available on weekends. I must say, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, with easy access to a tram station and surrounded by pubs and restaurants. However, the rooms left much to be desired, being dirty and flooded after a shower. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially thanks to James from The Commons. The dining experience was basic and slightly overpriced for the limited selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives to consider.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, near public transport yet quiet, and the 'super suite' on the 7th floor was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
